To secure your booking in advance to your consultation, a non-refundable deposit of £25 is required. 

This deposit is deductable from your booking price. You can make this payment by Bank Transfer, Cash or Paypal. 

The full balance of your booking is required before the main booking takes place.

 

Should you need to cancel your booking, Please contact Genna as soon as possible. If you cancel your appointment within 2 weeks of the date, a late payment charge of £20 will be payable.
